“From the moment we arrived, everything was just so comfortable and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean and cozy. The lobby was one of my favorite parts as it was beautifully decorated and always had a fire going in the fireplace. The lobby also always has tea and the continental breakfast was lovely. Although, what really makes this hotel stand out is the kind staff. My mom and I accidentally got locked out of our car, right after checking out of our room. It was a stressful moment to say the least, but the staff did everything they could to help us. They called around for us and found a locksmith that could get us back into the car. Duncan in particular was incredibly compassionate. He reassured me that everything would be ok, made me and my mom laugh, and even offered to buy us ice cream at the place across the street; incredible! This type of comfort and kindness is not easy to find. If you have the chance to stay here, please do! You’ll have peace of mind knowing that the staff here cares about you, which in this day and age is priceless.”
“We had the best experience at Stoweflake Mountain Resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom townhouse that was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed included beautiful snowy views. The general manager Duncan went out of his way to make our stay incredibly special. He invited our 8th grade friend who were traveling with to perform her oboe in the lobby as a “mini concert” and he was generous and thoughtful to even leave her an envelope with $20 in it. This was above and beyond and made all of our experience so remarkable. The staff was so nice and the pool and fitness area was great fun for all. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful memorable vacation.”
